- 1 cup coffee or milk if you don’t like coffee
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
Whip the Cream:
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Mix in Condensed Milk:
- Gently fold in the condensed milk into the whipped cream until well combined. This will create a creamy and sweet mixture.
Dip the Biscuits:
- Dip each biscuit into the coffee (or milk for non-coffee version) quickly, ensuring they are soaked but not overly soggy.
Layering:
