Ulker Biscuit Dessert

Tea biscuits soaked in coffee (or milk )and layered between a creamy mixture of heavy cream and condensed milk .

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • Ulker tea biscuits or any tea biscuits of your choice
  • 1 cup coffee or milk if you don’t like coffee
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

Whip the Cream:

  • In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

Mix in Condensed Milk:

  • Gently fold in the condensed milk into the whipped cream until well combined. This will create a creamy and sweet mixture.

Dip the Biscuits:

  • Dip each biscuit into the coffee (or milk for non-coffee version) quickly, ensuring they are soaked but not overly soggy.

Layering:

  • In a serving dish, start by arranging a layer of dipped biscuits at the bottom.
  • Spread a layer of the whipped cream mixture over the biscuits.

Repeat:

  • Continue layering with dipped biscuits and whipped cream until you reach the top of the dish, ending with a layer of cream on top.

Chill:

  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld together and for the dessert to set.

Serve:

  • Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder for a classic tiramisu look.

Enjoy:

  • Serve chilled and enjoy
