Cheesy Pulled Beef Spring Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • Spring roll wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded beef cooked
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste optional, for heat
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Beef Filling:
  • In a bowl, mix the shredded beef with barbecue sauce, pepper paste , garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Make sure the beef is well coated with the sauce and seasonings.
  • Prepare the Spring Rolls:
  • Lay out a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface.
  • Place a spoonful of the seasoned shredded beef mixture in a line on the wrapper, leaving some space at the edges.
  • Layer with Cheese:
  • Sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the beef mixture.
  • Roll the Spring Rolls:
  • Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll tightly, tucking in the sides as you go. Use a bit of water or flour-water mixture to seal the edges.
  • Fry the Spring Rolls:
  • Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer over medium heat.
  • Once the oil is hot, carefully add the spring rolls in batches.
  • Fry until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
  • Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  • Serve:
  • Serve the cheesy pulled beef spring rolls hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as barbecue sauce, ranch, or hot sauce.
