Strawberry Sago

This refreshing beverage is a fusion of juicy strawberries, Milk, and chewy tapioca pearls.
Prep Time 20 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup tapioca pearls
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups strawberry milk or regular milk
  • Strawberry jelly optional
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

Prepare the Tapioca Pearls:

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  • Add the tapioca pearls and stir gently.
  • Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions, usually around 10-15 minutes, or until they turn translucent.
  • Once cooked, drain the tapioca pearls and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

Blend the Strawberries (Optional):

  • In a blender, combine the fresh strawberries with a splash of water.
  • Blend until you achieve a smooth puree.
  • If you prefer a chunkier texture, you can skip this step and simply slice the strawberries.

Mix the Ingredients:

  • In a large pitcher or mixing bowl, combine the strawberry puree (if using), condensed milk, and strawberry milk (or regular milk),cooked tapioca pearls .
  • For an extra burst of flavor and texture, you can add small cubes of strawberry jelly.
  • Stir well until everything is thoroughly combined.
  • Chill before Serving or add some ice cubes with you are serving immediately and Enjoy
