This recipe transforms buttery croissants into delightful cookies by sandwiching them with cookie dough.

Ingredients
  

  • – 4 croissants bought from a bakery
  • – Cookie dough refer to the previous post for the recipe

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Carefully cut each croissant in half horizontally, creating a top and bottom half.
  • Take a portion of cookie dough around 140 grams and flatten it slightly. Place it on the bottom half of each croissant.
  • Place the top half of the croissant back on top of the cookie dough, sandwiching it in between.
  • Take a small amount of cookie dough and place it on top of each croissant, spreading it out slightly.
  • Arrange the stuffed croissants on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until the cookie dough is golden brown and cooked through.
  • Avoid overbaking the cookies; remove them immediately from the oven once the baking time is up. Even if they seem slightly underdone, they will continue to cook as they cool on the tray.Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your delicious croissant cookies!
