Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

- tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice almond, soy, dairy, etc.
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tablespoons strawberry puree or sauce
- 3 tablespoons melted chocolate
- Fresh strawberries for garnish optional

- In a jar or container with a lid, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds ,honey and milk.
- Stir well to ensure the oats are fully coated and evenly distributed.
- Add the Greek yogurt on top of the oats, creating a smooth layer.
- Drizzle the strawberry puree or sauce over the Greek yogurt layer.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the strawberry layer in the jar or container, covering it completely to create a chocolate shell.
- If desired, garnish the top with fresh strawberry slices for an extra burst of flavor and visual appeal.
- Secure the lid on the jar or container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, to allow the flavors to meld together and the oats to soften.
- In the morning, give the oats a gentle stir to mix the flavors together and enjoy
