Creamy Mango Graham Cracker Ice Cream

This refreshing dessert combines the luscious sweetness of mangoes with the creamy richness of condensed milk and cream, all perfectly complemented by the crunch of graham crackers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 400 g can condensed milk
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup mango puree adjust according to desired intensity
  • Toppings:
  • Chopped mangoes
  • 3/4 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions
 

Prepare the Mango Puree

  • Begin by peeling and chopping ripe mangoes. Place the mango chunks into a blender and blend until smooth to create your mango puree. Adjust the quantity according to your preference for mango flavor intensity.

Mix the Base

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the condensed milk, whipping cream, and mango puree. Stir until all the ingredients are thoroughly incorporated, creating a smooth and creamy mixture.
    Alternatively you can whip your heavy whipping cream before folding in the condensed milk , mango puree and graham crackers.

Crush the Graham Crackers

  • Place the graham crackers into a resealable plastic bag and crush them using a rolling pin or the bottom of a heavy pan until you achieve a fine crumb consistency. You can adjust the amount of graham crackers according to your preference for texture and flavor.

Incorporate the Toppings

  • Gently fold the crushed graham crackers into the ice cream mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout. Reserve a portion of the crushed graham crackers for garnishing.

Freeze

  • Pour the ice cream mixture into a freezer-safe container, smoothing the top with a spatula. Sprinkle the reserved crushed graham crackers and chopped mangoes over the surface for an extra burst of flavor and texture.

Freeze and Serve

  • Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the freezer. Allow the ice cream to freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
