Sugar Free Strawberry Popsicles

Made with wholesome ingredients like fresh strawberries, Greek yogurt, milk, and a touch of honey for sweetness, these popsicles are not only refreshing but also packed with nutrients

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk you can use any type of milk, such as almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 cup strawberries washed and hulled
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey optional, for sweetness

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the strawberries and honey (if using). Blend until smooth to create a strawberry puree.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt and milk until smooth. If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add a little more honey to the yogurt mixture.
  • Pour the strawberry puree into popsicle molds, filling each mold about one-third full.
  • Then carefully pour the Greek yogurt mixture on top of the strawberry layer, filling each mold to the top.
  • Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and return them to the freezer. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the popsicles are completely frozen.
  • Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them. Enjoy your sugar-free popsicles!
